1. Professional SEO Services
Babak SEO provides expert consulting in technical site architecture and semantic content strategy. While my strategies have scaled platforms to 1.9M+ monthly views, SEO is an organic process. Final rankings depend on third-party algorithms (Google/Bing) and market competition.
2. Project Requirements
To ensure sustainable ROI and high-impact growth, Babak SEO exclusively accepts project engagements with a minimum duration of 6 months. Short-term or "one-off" technical fixes are not offered as a standalone service.
3. Referral & Partnership Program
I reward professional introductions under the following conditions:
- Commission: Referrers are eligible for a 10% commission on monthly service fees, capped at $230 / €215 / 5,500 CZK per month.
- Duration: Rewards are paid for the first 6 months of a cleared client contract.
- Payout Trigger: Commissions are processed within 10 business days after the client’s monthly invoice has been fully cleared in our accounts.
4. Ethics & Professional Conduct
Anti-Kickback Policy: Referrals must be made in good faith. I do not support or provide payouts to employees who act as the sole decision-makers within a client organization.
Right of Refusal: Registering a lead does not guarantee a partnership. Babak SEO reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with our technical expertise or capacity.
5. Right to Modify Terms
Babak SEO reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. For active projects, the terms valid at the moment of the specific contract signing will remain in effect for the duration of that project's 6-month reward period.
